Park City Institute Welcomes Guster and Spoon
Guster, known for its infectious melodies and live performances, will perform Park City on Aug. 2, and Spoon, Austin’s most esteemed rock ambassadors, will captivate audiences with their riveting performance on Aug. 11. Both concerts, part of Park City Institute‘s Big Stars Bright Nights Summer Concert series, will take place at Utah’s most exciting new outdoor venue at Canyons Village at Park City Mountain. Theatrical Reading of ‘School Day’
Egyptian Theatre‘s YouTheatre will present a theatrical reading of “School Day,” a new play by Park City High School Junior Maisey Mansson, who is also an intern at The Park Record. The reading will start at 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, at the Egyptian Theatre YouTheatre Studios, 330 Main St. The event is free and open to the public. “School Day” is about a tight-knit group of students who “grapple with the effects of gun violence on themselves, their friends and their community,” according to Mansson. New Moon Star Party
