When Clarence Thomas joined the Supreme Court, he immediately pursued his lifelong dream of self aggrandizement. He has achieved wild success to the tune of $4 million and still counting — $3.7 million more than all of his compatriots combined. His billionaire friends have purchased decisions like Citizens United so they can buy elections and gut the Voting Rights Act.
When Samuel Alito joined the court, he knew what to say, and perhaps he actually meant it. Now what he says makes no sense and it is indicative of early onset dementia. He has been turning the USA into a Christian theocracy, beginning with the Hobby Lobby decision and finishing with Project 2025.
Perhaps neither of them were ever intelligent.
