Matthew Lindon’s guest editorial about being friendly to each other extends to other areas of etiquette in Park City.

I’ve noticed visitors and residents, in some areas of town, don’t pick up trash and dispose of it as they once did. Around the Deer Valley beach, where containers are designated for poop bags, it seems sun bathers and swimmers are disposing of trash in the dog poop buckets and not in DV trash receptacles. The result is overflowing dog poop trash buckets during busy weeks and weekends.

Last week at the Oakley Rodeo, an announcer commented that patrons were taking their trash from the viewing stands and placing it in the receptacles provided. GO OAKLEY!

Remove those earbuds and speak to each other and dispose of your trash in the right receptacles or take your trash with you.
