Reckless Kelly at the Egyptian Theatre

Americana stalwarts Reckless Kelly will wind up its Park City run on Saturday, Aug. 17 and Sunday, Aug. 18, at the Egyptian Theatre. The performances are part of its farewell tour. From its roots as a barnstorming Idaho outfit to its modern-day status as a torchbearer for independent Americana music from coast to coast, Reckless Kelly has tied Austin rock and cowboy poetry together since the mid-1990s. Swaner Craft at the Swaner EcoCenter

Swaner Preserve & EcoCenter, 1258 Center Drive at Kimball Junction, offers Swaner Craft Sunday, which features an upcycled nature-themed craft craft every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. All ages are welcome to this drop-in formatted event. For information, visit swanerecocenter.org.

Echo Church Open Through Labor Day Weekend

Echo Community and Historical Organization has opened the historic Echo Church for summer tourists through Labor Day weekend. The church, located at 60 Temple Ln., in Echo, is currently showing “Chugging, Screeching, Rumbling, Billowing: Utah’s Industrial Revolution” exhibit from the Utah Division of Arts & Museums. The public can visit the church from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday and on Labor Day. The church will continue to be open Saturdays through Labor Day weekend. Main Street Walking Tours

Park City Museum hosts historic Main Street guided walking tours at 2 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. These tours run about 75 minutes and they give groups of up to 15 the chance to see historic sites and hear about how Park City transitioned from a mining town into a winter sports mecca. Park City Farmers Market

The Park City Farmers Market runs from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. every Wednesday throughout the summer at Park City Mountain’s First Time chair lift parking lot. Admission is free. The Park City Farmers Market, which has been running for 21 years under Volker Ritzinger, features fresh, non-GMO produce, local meats and other local offerings.
