Flying Aces return to the Utah Olympic Park Saturday

The Flying Aces aerials shows return to the Utah Olympic Park Saturday night. Patrons will see Olympic and national team aerialists soar up to 60 feet in the air before landing in the UOP pool. The show will run from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 a person, with a four-pack available for $70. The Flying Aces will soar at the UOP through Labor Day weekend. 

Park City Museum hosting Rossie Hill hike Sunday

The Park City Museum will be hosting a Rossie Hill hike Sunday. From 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., hikers can join the museum’s research coordinator Dalton Gackle, and explore the hill and its surrounding areas. The hike involves stairs, trail sections and a Marsac Avenue crossing. Hikers are encouraged to bring their own water, snacks and sunscreen. The hike’s meeting location and further details will be provided to hikers upon registration. Museum members can register by emailing Diane Knispel at education@parkcityhistory.org, and non-members will need to register to become members on the museum website: parkcityhistory.org/membership

Park City Museum hosting Main Street walking tour Monday

The Park City Museum is hosting a Main Street walking tour Monday. From 2 to 3 p.m., walkers can explore the architecture and stories of Main Street. Other tours are at the same time, Monday through Friday, until Aug. 30. The tours begin at the museum store, costing $10 a person. The museum asks that walkers call ahead at 435-216-9693 however, as tours are capped at 15 people. The tours are best suited for walkers aged 13 and up, with the museum recommending people wear comfortable shoes, and bring their own water and sunscreen. 

Woodward hosting another Beer Yoga event next Thursday

Woodward Park City will be hosting another Beer Yoga event next Thursday. From 6 to 8 p.m., yoga participants can practice, meet new people and drink some beer together. The hour yoga session from 6 to 7 p.m. will be led by Enlighten Wellness instructors. The refreshments from 7 to 8 p.m. will be provided by Wasatch Brewery and Squatters. Participants need to bring their own yoga mats to the event, which will continue through September.
