The world lost one of its brightest lights, Catherine “Cathy” (Gretchen) Garnas. She was an amazing mom, best friend, amazing sister, loving grandmother and the love of her husband’s life and he was hers. She was a renaissance woman and so far ahead of her time, she did so many things long before they were vogue to do, An artist, florist, designer, fly fisherwoman, mother, best friend, most loved and loving woman. She is survived by the love of her life (Don Garnas), sister Ayla Coplin (husband Sandy Coplin) daughters Whitney brinton (husband Patrick Brodnicki), Annie Garnas (husband Charles Lamb), her loved Grandsons, CJ Lamb, and Joshua Lamb, and more chosen family than could ever be listed here. fI you knew her, you loved her and she will be truly missed by so many.
A celebration of life will be planned for the spring, when all the flowers are blooming. Flowers made Cathy the happiest, second only to the loving people in her life.
