Commerce CRG has hired Tim Anker as an associate broker. Anker has 13 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry, including the owner-user office market. He has previously worked at Key Bank, Sundance, Orix USA, IBM, MGIS Companies, Sears, UDOT, and La Frontera Restaurants.

Prior to joining Commerce CRG, Anker worked as a senior associate at Richard Ellis.

Anker graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor of science in psychology, has an associates broker license and is a CCIM candidate.

Windermere adds new principal broker

Windermere Real Estate-Park City is pleased to announce the addition of principal broker Grady Kohler to its Park City office.

Kohler was formerly a broker with Century 21 in Salt Lake City. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Utah.

Taxpayers e-file more than ever

In the first release of tax filing statistics this year, the Internal Revenue Service announced today that electronically-filed returns have increased, led by a big increase in home computer use.

Through early March, more than 39.5 million taxpayers have e-filed this year. Home computer use is up 16.5 percent, with e-file by tax professionals up nearly four percent.

Out of 54 million tax returns filed so far this year, e-file represents 73 percent of the total returns. comparison, 72 percent of returns were filed electronically for the comparable period last year.
