Friends of Ski Mountain Mining History are eternally grateful to Park City Mountain, Dierdra Walsh, Claire Graham and the PCMR Vail Team for the perfectly elegant brunch they provided our donors at Mid Mountain Lodge Sunday, Aug. 20, from the complimentary chair lift rides to the vehicle support.
The crisp white table cloths on the deck with fresh roses on each table were a feast for the eyes in that beautiful setting. Not to mention the scrumptious food — steak and egg benedict, and mimosas. It was a magical event!
Over the years we have received fantastic support from Park City Mountain as we raise private donations to pay for the stabilization of the mines on the mountain. It’s a race against time, weather and gravity, but we’ve accomplished some amazing work so far.
Thanks for all the support from Park City, Summit County, Community Foundation, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain and our 500 individual private donors. We’re making a difference.
