A Red Flag Warning is in effect for all of Summit County and most of the state from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday.

Critical fire weather conditions are expected, including scattered thunderstorms after a long period of dry conditions and record temperatures. Any new fire starts or existing fires may spread rapidly, fire officials said.
