PHOTOS: 100 Mile Meal

Recycle Utah's Education Director Mary Closser hands out bowls of chilled Utah sweet corn soup, made with popcorn, cream, fruit and chili oil, to tables as the five-course meal begins during the non-profit's 100 Mile Meal in 2017 at a private ranch in Oakley. This year's event will be held Aug. 12 at the Red Pine Lodge at Park City Mountain, but the meal served will still be made with local foods that were sourced from within 100 miles of the recycling center in Park City.
