The Warehouse: Where Automotive Passion Meets Social Elegance
The Warehouse is Park City’s new destination for automotive aficionados and social connoisseurs. Created by CEO and co-founder Jake Wolf as a haven for those who appreciate the finer things in life, this exclusive, members-only establishment offers like-minded enthusiasts fine wine, luxury watches, and cars worth multi-millions.
“The vision came from being in Miami,” Wolf explains. “I was going to these big storage facilities, but they were just dusty warehouses with million-dollar cars in them with nothing to do. I found the social clubs in Miami were a cool niche. I just evolved the idea into this over time and came out to Utah to do this [flagship] location.”
Members are also treated to the talents of Chop Shop owner/chef John Courtney and his wife Paige’s culinary vision of food curated to inspire gathering and connections.
“We included our sandwiches from the Chop Shop, The Butler Dip and the Gencarelli,” John says. “We also installed the same wood-fired Italian pizza oven. We won’t be doing Detroit-style; they wanted something more wood-fired forward, so we went with a Napoleon-style pizza. There is also a caviar service.”
The Warehouse further distinguishes itself with its impressive wine storage, a treasure trove for oenophiles seeking the perfect meal pairing, and strategically placed alcoves for conversing or working remotely. As patrons wander through the areas, they encounter a rotating art gallery showcasing two artists’ works at a time, adding a cultural dimension to the ambiance.
“Our clientele are high-end car collectors, art and watch collectors, food and dining enthusiasts, and those who want to have a place to meet people and socialize,” Wolf continues. “Members also have access to six cars [owned by The Warehouse] they can take out and can store their cars here for an additional fee. Cars for storage are reviewed by my board and myself; we pick cars that we think are going to be special and bring a smile to members’ faces. We have cars in here that are worth $4 million, and cars worth $30,000. Every one is enthusiast inspired.”
The Warehouse also offers a Topgolf Swing Suite where members can perfect their swing or engage in friendly competition. Adrenaline seekers can satisfy their need for speed indoors with state-of-the-art racing simulators, providing an immersive experience that transports them to the heart of high-speed excitement.
