Visitors interested in spending time outdoors surrounded by serene natural beauty should look no further than one of the manicured greens all along the Wasatch Back. Whether a seasoned golfer or someone just trying out the clubs, there’s an array of public and private courses sure to provide some memorable tee times.

Park City Golf Club

This scenic municipal golf course offers lessons, leagues, and a pro shop. Reservations are accepted up to seven days in advance. Parking is limited.

Canyons Golf Course

18 holes, par 70. Rates range between $30 and $150.
Course features more than 550 feet of elevation change, including 270 feet on Hole 10 from tee to green. Group and individual lessons available.

Mountain Dell Golf Course

Lake Course: 18 holes, par 71 / Canyon Course: 18 holes, part 72
Rates range between $11 and $70.
This Salt Lake City-run municipal course offers a variety of affordable amenities, from lessons to play-until-sunset twilight rates.

Outlaw Golf Course:

9 holes, par 30. Call for rates.
Located in the eastern foothills of the Jordanelle Reservoir, players can enjoy views of the glistening waters and the towering mountain peaks. Holes range from 65 to 265 yards on the par 3s and a 465-yard par 4.

Soldier Hollow Golf Course

Silver Course: 18 holes, par 72 / Gold Course: 18 holes, par 72
Rates range between $25 and $80.
Built on the mountainside above Midway, this two-part course offers complex holes within Wasatch Mountain State Park. The Silver Course is tamer, open parkland design while the Gold Course sits at a higher elevation with dramatic changes.

Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club

There are individual and family memberships available. A social membership without golf access has a one-time initiation fee of $1,500 and membership dues of $50 a month.
Nestled in the upper East Canyon of the Wasatch Mountains, Jeremy Ranch is the only Arnold Palmer Signature Course in Utah.

Park Meadows Country Club

There is a full golf and intermediate golf membership as well as a social option.
This Jack Nicklaus Signature course has been called one of the best courses in Utah.

Promontory Club

Offers three 18-hole, par-3 courses: Canyons Course, Painted Valley, and Hills Course.
There are social, full, and equestrian membership options with monthly dues ranging between $900 to $1,200 plus a one-time deposit.
Promontory provides a one-of-a-kind golf experience for passionate players. Golf Digest has ranked the courses among the top in Utah.

Victory Ranch

The course features 400 feet of elevation change but of all the vistas on the course, the 360-degree panoramic view from the championship tee box on the 17th hole is the real jewel. Enjoy views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, Woodland Valley, and Deer Valley Resort.

Talisker Club

The Tuhaye course is set against spectacular long-range views of Mount Timpanogos, Deer Valley’s ski runs, and the shimmering waters of the Jordanelle Reservoir. A par-3 short course is in development.
